Our catalog interface, WorldCat Discovery, can simultaneously search our library holdings, our eBook collections, most of our online research databases, and libraries all over the world.
After you search, you can limit your results by library or material type, and you can order any materials we don’t have.
We have over a hundred research databases in which you can find book chapters, newspapers, magazines, and peer-reviewed journals, many of which are instantly available online. The databases are your most important sources for current academic research.
Our research guides feature subject-specific tips for finding research materials and organizing your projects. Each guide suggests books, articles, websites, and other resources. Some guides contain activities, including ones your professors may use in class.
Your WorldCat account keeps track of what you check out from the library. Use it to renew your items.
Enter your seven-digit NWOSU I.D. number. You will receive an email message with a link.
It’s still winter outside, but the spring term has started.
Now that the break is over and classes are back in session, the J. W. Martin Library has returned to its regular hours. We will be open from 7:45 am until midnight on Monday through Thursday. We close at 5:00 pm on Friday but open again from 1:00 pm until midnight on Sunday.
The library will be closed on Sunday, January 16th, and Monday, January 17th, for Martin Luther King Day.
Librarians will visit the satellite campuses in Enid and Woodward on Tuesdays, beginning January 18th. Check our Hours Page to see when a librarian will be on your campus.
