Cochrane Systematic Reviews
- Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews
- Why search here? Systematic reviews are exhaustive meta-studies that arrive at best medical practices based on available research. This is a vital database for the Division of Nursing.
- What’s included? Over 4,800 full-text reviews are included. The database updates quarterly, and reviews are sometimes altered when new information becomes available.

- Critical Care Nurse
Publishes practical, clinically relevant manuscripts describing care of critically ill patients & their families. Provides information concerning the bedside care of critically & acutely ill patients.
- Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics
An interdisciplinary informer of public health for members of the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics. Articles, review essays, recent law developments, and book reviews.
- Pediatric Nursing
Provides current information on practice, policy, and research for pediatric nurses. Emphasis is placed on the changing role of the pediatric nurse practitioner/clinical specialist.
- BMJ: British Medical Journal
The BMJ is an international peer reviewed medical journal and a fully ‘online first’ publication. Our publishing model—‘continuous publication’—means that all articles appear on bmj.com before being included in an issue of the print journal.
