- What’s included? APA PsycArticles includes almost 120 full-text journals from the American Psychological Association and related organizations. Most journals’ entire runs are included, from their first issues to the present.
- Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection
- Why search here? This is one of the most important databases for psychology and is also relevant to nursing, education, the social sciences, and social work.
- What’s included? The database includes over 300 full-text journals with indexing and abstracts for almost 300 more.
- Psychological Research
Includes information which emphasizes the theoretical implications of the research reported.
- Psychological Review
Psychological Review publishes articles that make important theoretical contributions to any area of scientific psychology, including systematic evaluation of alternative theories.

The School of Education offers a variety of undergraduate majors and a master of counseling psychology (MCP), a master of general psychology, and a master of education (M.Ed.) at the graduate level.
- Department of Psychology
The Psychology Department at NWOSU offers a bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in sports psychology, grief and bereavement, substance abuse, and general psychology.
- Graduate Studies

- Master of Counseling Psychology
The master of counseling psychology (MCP) degree is a 48-hour counseling program. Two additional tracks prepare students for careers as licensed professional counselors or as licensed alcohol and drug counselors.

The goal of the MGP degree is to make a contribution to the supply of academically prepared graduates who will perform necessary duties in the field of behavioral sciences.
